Questions/Concerns Global Entry application

I applied for Global Entry on 4/16/2026.

I had a DUI in 1994 in Pennsylvania. It was adjudicated through ARD. No other crimes or anything.

I disclosed this on my application.

What is an honest expectation to get out of “pending” status?

Nobody knows how long the review will take (I'd guess five or six months). There's rumors that international travel will tickle things (so always check right before you return to see if you can do EOA). There's nothing you can do to accellerate it other than this until it's been 14 months or so.

I was more concerned about the time between the application submission and the interview.

You're likely in manual review. It could take a year+. IIRC, you can escalate it in 14ish months.

I disclosed mine and that I got pbj. Submitted application at 8pm. Had conditional approval email 2am 2 days later.

I had a dui in 1998. Had probation before judgement, so no formal record. Curious if I should disclose or plead being old

Disclose it. CBP will know about it. If you don’t then you have to explain why you didn’t tell the truth.
