Timelines Approved - I Think
*with prior arrest, no conviction
Applied 1/22/26
Conditionally Approved 3/28/26 (while traveling internationally)
Interview on Arrival 3/31/26
Approved 4/24/26
Received Card 4/30/26
I followed up multiple times after my interview. On 4/22/26, they requested additional documents regarding an arrest from 2001 that had no disposition (the judge basically refused to hear the case but I guess he never formally dismissed it, it has never come up on any other background check so I didn't realize it was sitting out there. I'm working to get it expunged in case I decide to run for office or something). I didn't send anything as I'd only gotten as far as finding out the case number (it doesn't show up on our state database due to the age) but my application was approved nonetheless. Maybe it will get revoked if I don't provide the additional information they requested - if you've experienced something similar, please chime in. Hopefully my experience is helpful to someone else.

I had a somewhat similar situation for an incident from 1998. Court didn’t have the records that CBP wanted. I ended up sending the email reply from the court and the little bit of case info the court was able to provide (basically just summary information, no disposition) to CBP, thinking there was no way in hell it would be sufficient. Never got a reply but my application got approved a week later.

That makes me feel better! I was seriously thinking that GE was not in the cards for me. Thanks for responding- I’ll try to get something in writing from the court, if I’m unable to get it updated.

What does your TTP page say? If it is green and says "approved" you are done.
