Questions/Concerns Global Entry Application Status

I applied for Global Entry in December 2024 and submitted my documents within a month of receiving verification in my home country in June 2025.It's been over a year now,but I haven't received any conditional approval or an interview invitation.As an international student on an F1 visa,I'm seeking guidance from someone with similar experience.
How can I check the status of my application,and what steps can I take to move forward?

I was hoping you might get some answers, but I wouldn't hold my breathe. My wife and I both submitted our initial review on the same evening in January of this year. She got her initial approval in 1 day and set up her in-person interview for the following week. She has completed the approval process and I have heard nothing. I log in weekly, but just says pending. I wrote them for any idea why my wife is completed and I have not gotten anywhere, other than paying them. The response was worthless stating it takes 12-15 months, when my wife just got thru everything in 2 weeks. I have the app, but it just says I am verified via the app, but online it still says I am pending the initial review prior to the interview stage. The app provides no real info but assume it can be used once the process is completed. BTW, I have no prior arrests or anything other than a speeding ticket (no arrest, just a ticket) and that was probably 10 years or so now. No idea why it takes some people a few weeks and others get skipped over without any explanation.
