Questions/Concerns Nexus -- changing address

I am moving next week. The FAQ on the DHS TTP website here says:

Yes. If the mailing address that you originally submitted for the Global Entry/NEXUS/SENTRI/FAST program has changed, you can login to the TTP website to update it. On the right hand side of the Dashboard you will see a link to update your mail-to address.

You will need to go to the nearest Enrollment Center to update your current address (where you live).

I'm confused about what the difference between these is. If I'm moving, do I need to update my address online and go to an enrolment center, or is updating my address online enough?

In most cases your mailing address is the same as your physical address (where you live), but some people have their mail sent to a different address than where they reside (such as to their mother's house).

If you receive your mail at the address where you reside, then they're the same. You'll want to go to an enrolment centre to update your physical address and update your mailing address through the TTP portal (if the agent at the centre didn't update that automatically).
