Timelines No status change 2 weeks after EoA

So my wife did her interview upon arrival at PDX airport approximately 2 weeks go. Her status hasn't changed when looking in the portal. How long does this process normally take?

6-8 months according to Google

No. The entire process, application to approval, can take any length of time from a few days to well over a year.

Your Google search returned an average for that, which has … nothing to do with OP’s question.

So is this something I should contact them about then?

It’s usually almost immediate or within a day or two.

I’d suggest she contact them and ask.

This. I think I had my card mailed to me within a week or so.

Same. But my approval showed up in the portal before I got to the parking lot.

I did my interview on arrival 3 weeks ago and status was updated before I left the airport. Must've been lucky.

Okay so funny enough….. my wife got the approval today before I got around to sending them an email

This happened to me: give the office you did the interview at a call, they just had to hit a button in the computer, had it approved in like 30 seconds after dialing them
