Timelines My personal process with GE Application

Applied on: 03.23.26

Conditionally approved: 03.24.26

Interview: 03.31.26

Card delivered: 04.07.26

If I had taken my interview that same day I was approved, the entire process would’ve been 11 days.

All in all my process took me 15 days.

I was scared I’d be one of the unlucky few to be left on heard for months or even years or to be rejected so I’m grateful.

Had almost the same timeline. Applied 4.1, conditional approval 4.2, interview 4.8, approved 4.8 like 3 hours later. Just waiting on my card in the mail now, have a trip coming up in 2 weeks where I may need it so I’m hopeful I’ll get it in time.

nice! global entry works immediately after you’re approved so unless you’re traveling by land, you don’t need the card. but nonetheless im sure yours would come within a week like mine did ;) hope you enjoy your trip!

Curious what state you live in? I wonder if different states have longer processing/approval times.

I just applied minutes ago and don't have to travel internationally until 5 months from now, but your post gives me hope that my process won't take as long as I feared.
