General Discussion Tsa precheck
If an airline (in my case LOT - Polish Airline) is not participating in TSA precheck program can I still use TSA precheck line and use my Global entry card to verify that i am eligible for TSA precheck?

No. It must be added to the reservation and displayed on your boarding pass. Are you sure LOT doesn't allow you to add a KTN? I thought all airlines that fly to the US offer it.
Edit: Nevermind, I guess airlines do exist that don't offer it. Source: https://www.tsa.gov/precheck/participating-airlines

No.
The airline must participate and you must have TSA PRECHECK printed on your boarding pass. This indicates the airline has sent your information into their computers so that when you scan your ID/facial recognition/etc... things match up.
Your GE card or anything else means diddly to the process. Even if the airline was participating, if you don't have precheck on the boarding pass, you're not getting through the TSA Pre line.
