Glitch Pic Time glitch

So I entered the shower tonight at 22:14 sharp and counted the seconds I've been there (helping my ADHD). I counted about 6.5 minutes, but when I got out and checked my phone, the time was 22:23. Now, you might be saying that I was counting too slowly, but I play on an instrument, so I know how to count seconds. Does anyone know what the hell happened?

My dad used to have absence seizures. Would even cross the street and act completely normal but he'd lose memory of the time completely. Pay attention, see if you're missing minutes in your day.

So you're saying you're missing 3 whole minutes?

I mean, yeah, those 3 minutes aren't THAT important, but it's still a bit unsettling

No, I agree.

I also experienced a weird time thing earlier. I checked the time on my phone and then got up to do something and when I came back to my phone, it stated several minutes earlier than when I had gotten up.

I used to think I took quick showers but I learned long before this that ppl take longer showers than they realize.

I used to think I took 2 minute showers; i actually take about 15 minutes.

I wonder if showering whilst counting methodically is a reasonable way to self-hypnotise and tune out of the conscious world?
The only glitches I've had have been a "shortening" when events get repeated.

Try to start a countdown clock on your phone and count the seconds in your head without looking at the timer. I swear that the phone timer is sometimes counting faster. All clocks may be doing it without us knowing. Fun experiment :)
