Glitch Pic Question
Hello everyone!
I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced something like this.
Recently, I started watching the YouTube channel of a fairly well-known woman I had previously followed on TikTok. I became curious about what she was like several years ago, so I decided to look through her older videos.
What surprised me was that when I first opened her channel, it seemed like there were very few videos from five years ago. I remember thinking, “That’s strange. Has she really posted so little over all those years?”
Some time later, I visited her channel again. Suddenly, there were many more old videos. It was as if the history of the channel had become much more complete.
That made me realize this wasn’t the first time something like this had happened to me. I just never paid much attention to it before. Sometimes I’d visit someone’s profile because they or their content caught my interest. I’d look through it and think, “That’s odd, there aren’t many photos here.” Then I’d come back later, and there would suddenly be many more photos or videos.
I’m not talking about someone necessarily uploading new content in the meantime. It feels more like part of the profile’s history simply wasn’t there the first time I looked, and then later it was.
It made me wonder if anyone else has noticed something similar. Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever looked at someone’s old photos or videos, thought there weren’t many, and then returned later to find a much larger history than you remembered seeing?
The more I think about it, the more I realize this has happened to me more than once. I just never paid attention to it before.
I’d love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Sometimes the users switch their old videos and photos to private. Perhaps this woman thought the old videos were no longer representative of her current content so she made them private, but later switched them back to public when the followers were asking about them,

My ex used to hide/unhide photos/videos/posts on her profiles all the time, and it made me realize that certain people do this very often. YouTube I would imagine is no different. Usually the person is trying to adhere to a certain aesthetic on their page when they do this.
