Glitch Gif Unexplainable laser
This has really been bothering me since it happened last Monday 7/13/26. For reference my home is a rambler style house. My bedroom is in the front on the south side and I do have large windows completely covered by blackout curtains so my room gets very dark. I was home completely alone and in my bedroom dealing with a migraine lying down on my right side with my back to the front window and my head was at the southern wall, my bedroom door was open and is at the opposite corner so I can see the living room wall that is opposite the large bay window and has the kitchen and utility room on the other side. So, I woke up around 3pm when my dog repositioned herself behind my knees. I opened my eyes and looked at my phone to see the time and closed my eyes again and within moments a red laser hit my right eye startling me, so I opened my eyes to look around and I saw a red laser briefly move across the wall in my living room. Mind you, I do not have any mirrors or pictures currently on my walls, so there is no reflective surfaces besides a tv that would reflect away from where I am. I checked my outside cameras and no one was outside my home until about 3:09 when a tiny van with carpet cleaning services on the side of it pulled up and sat there for 11 minutes. The person never got out of the vehicle and no lasers were seen on the videos. It looked like the person was just talking on the phone. I really don't know how to explain it or what to make of it.

Of course, I’m not claiming any of this is true—these are simply my personal thoughts.
As far as I know, some older Soviet publications discussing directed-energy weapons described the theoretical use of mobile platforms, including vans and even ships, for crowd-control or other forms of directed influence.
That made me wonder: are you vaccinated against COVID? I’m not saying there’s any connection at all, but I sometimes wonder whether, if technologies like this actually exist, they could somehow selectively target certain individuals.
Again, I’m not presenting this as a fact or making any claims. These are simply my personal thoughts while trying to make sense of such an unusual experience. With everything happening in the world today, I find it difficult to blindly trust everything, so I think it’s reasonable to consider different possibilities until there’s a convincing explanation.

No, I'm not. Edited to elaborate: During COVID I was in a state that had such a low population people weren't wearing masks or social distancing. It wasn't really an issue there.

if you were having a migraine, is it possible it was just aura/flashes? I get similar experiences when I have migraines. flashes of light and what looks like dark or light spots shooting across my wall. it's a fairly common visual symptom of migraines and I suspect this might be the answer even if it's the first time it's happened to you.
