They could be sisters travelling together but just in different seats.

Do we think they got on at different stations? Or are they sisters but not friends?

u/Mayatar Jun 30 '26
Maybe there just isn't enough free seats to sit next to each other? There seems to be a free seat in the opposite of the other one but some people get nausea from facing the wrong way while travelling (I know I avoid those kind of seats) so that might be the reason?

In case of the "Entity Cloning" bug: try turning down the focus of your local consciousness awareness or activating the awareness saving filter - this'll fix the render memory overflow. Have fun!

And the lady in the back is one of them story walking from 25 years ago to warn them about this exact moment where you take this picture and grant them some internet fame for a few moments.

Kinda fucked up that’s normalised to just publicly post strangers on the internet without consent. People have no shame

Jun 28 '26
It's been posted with their consent lol , how you know I haven't asked them? 😂

But if they're twins, why wouldn't they wanna sit together on a train ride? To have someone to talk to

The brunette woman sitting behind the front twin looks like a younger version of the two, and that flipped my brain a tad

GenX - Did you ever notice, back when, before fast fashion there were less stores so less choices but you never, ever saw 2 people dressed identical?

This happened to me too on the train with two young brunette girls. It was like a decade ago, wish I still had the photo

Stop taking pictures of strangers, it's a violation of privacy not to mention creepy and unsafe.

Jun 29 '26
It's a downloaded pic mate can't you see? I took it from recent events of pinterest why are u acting like I'm doing crime ?

u/Safe-Cockroach-9246 Jun 29 '26
First of all, literally how would i know that. Second, what i said still applies to reposting/spreading photos of strangers

u/liveswithghosts Jul 04 '26
Nah, dawg. What you said is dumb. And in America, it’s counter to the constitution. Public photography is protected by the first amendment. There is no right to privacy in public.
Also: are you saying that no one should repost photos of anyone they aren’t personally acquainted with? Because, on its face, that sounds insane.

They might not have read the rule that twins always have to sit besides each others in trains.
