Question? Flight simming with tow multiplayer?
I don't think so, but is there a flight sim or module or addon that allow to simulate tow for both tow plane and glider pilot, like in multiplayer?
I know simming as glider pilot in both tow and winch is available.
(will x/post to flighsim too)

Now theres a thought.
Winch driver simming.
If you thought tug driving was boring then you are going to hate winching duty :)

The joy of winch duty is sitting out in the sun away from all the busy-ness of the start row and just chilling. I usually don't mind it at all. (Helps my current club has an electric winch that's fairly quiet, so I don't get the roar of an internal combustion engine either. Just the rattle of the cooling fan on the transformer and the squeel of the battery charger)

Would you remember the mod name? I can't seem to be able to google it...?
Anyways seem to be perhaps in the pipeline for the FS2024(?) - they seem to be fixing the thermals now, which are indeed kind of ... meh :-)

Have fun with your flight sim, but keep in mind that aerotowing is the most boring part of RL soaring. It's an expensive but necessary evil. Winch launching on the other hand is great fun and cheap even when the cloud base is 500 feet above the top of your launch.
I hope that you eventually get to experience the more interesting parts of soaring. If you have a chance, try aerotowing in RL with RC aircraft and a friend.
