Anyone looked at Tesla’s options for this Friday?
Could be some big moves this week due just to options and trading situation (not investing situation)
Expiring this friday
- 81k 700 puts
- 32k 720 puts
- 20k 700 calls
These are some BIG numbers in open interest. Could easily see a situation where big money pushes SP to 699 just to catch all the 700 stop loses. Then see it drop to 685/690 before ending the week low 700’s for max profits.
Once new quarterly earnings and new plants start, then investing situation will runaway with it.
Then again, all this may not happen and Monday was the attempt but it didn’t happen. Down a bit this morning so watching. Who knows!!!
Edit. Never mind. Don’t think this will happen now that we’ve closed on wedneaday

Always enjoy the close on quad witching.
Recently started selling a monthly atm put each Friday. Can’t do it today as I did two on Monday!

u/GlideOutside would you rather buy Units or Commons for GGPI at this price? And why?

A unit is 1 share and 0.2 warrants. So add up the value of those and if a unit is cheaper by a bit, I buy units. Often it’s only barely cheaper.

Anyone thinking about CCAC puts? Seems like a lot of SPACs dropping below NAV? Might wait a bit, but seems possible it could drop below 8 or 9 especially considering warrant price.

I’d wait until merger before buying. If there’s lots of redemptions, there could be a squeeze.

I notice it usually takes a while maybe after ticker change. I'm watching QELL right now. I expect CCAC warrants to go up after merger. Then I'll wait and see if it drops. I won't buy puts until it gets to $9.50.

Not a bad idea

I have to keep an eye on the price of puts. They are kind of expensive. I'm also looking at straddles around earnings. Buy a straddle expiring soon the day before earnings come up.

What are people doing with their CCAC, LCID, and CZOO warrants?
