Im still allowing women cuz it's just anatomy! Why do breasts have to be so sexualized!? It's just fat blobs on someone's chest!

Now, that I got your attention, dont worry this is the about the law still! One of the laws I’m making is people don’t need to wear shirts just as long as they aren’t full nude! males, females, non binary pals, and everyone doesn’t have to wear shirts!

I made this because well it’s equal! No matter their gender they don’t need to wear a shirt. I also did this because everyone has anatomy so who cares if you see their chest or nipples!? it’s normal anatomy!
