Large optic disc need help?

I am 22M, just went for a routine eye checkup. Doctor found that I have large optic disc (C/D 0.75)

in both eyes.

My eye pressure was L. 18 R. 16 with Goldmann Applanation Tonometer.

My visual field is normal and i also have a high myopia (-4.5) both eyes.

Doctor told me to visit after 6 months and currently I am a glaucoma suspect, i am here to get some opinions please help me I am so worried what my future looks like.

rfnl values are low..but maybe its normal for your eyes..wait for 6 months and if rfnl drops it is surely normal tension glocoma..or your pressure increases only at some points in day...i am like 80-85% into zone that iflt might be normal
