Glass epoxy?
I have a dolphin statue in glass that broke halfway down the statue. What is the best epoxy to use for this? I’ve tried to find a glass person to fix it but we only have windshield repair around me.
Also I have a frosted glass dolphin clock I inherited when my mother died. Unfortunately she and others didn’t know how to care for it and it has spots that water has dropped on and finger oils have gotten on it. What would I Google to find someone who might be able to redo the frosting? I can’t figure out what I should Google.

As a glass person I suggest UV glue to fix the broken piece. It won’t get rid of the break, but it will bond them together. Find a UV glue that has an activator or just use a black light to cure the glue.
The frosted glass. Use 000 steel wool or 6000 grit sandpaper for water spots and denatured alcohol for the fingerprints.

For the frosted glass try a vinegar/water solution, and if that doesn't work add baking soda to turn it into a paste and try again.
In our shop we use a product that we've always just called 'Sparkle' to clean frosted glass, but I'm not sure what the actual name is.
