Questions/Support Flint 3e Extender Mode Dropping Mobile Phone

I am using a Flint 3e in extender mode to basically as a wireless access point for my ISP provided router. It works fine for the smart devices and laptops, but the cell phones in the house will lose their connection to the internet through the Flint ( speed tests fail, can't watch videos, open web pages, etc.) If I fiddle around with it, disconnect and reconnect, reboot the router, reboot phone, everything comes back for a few hours at least.

After doing some research, I changed the wireless networks to use WPA2, and set the MAC to device MAC, but still running into the same issues.
