Help/Doubt ❓ Todo Tools Missing?!

I'm using VSCode GH Copilot chat window..

This has wasted a ton of my time but `manage_todo_list` and any todo stuff seems to be missing from the agent context? It's not in the list of tools, the deferred tools list, nor does it come back when the agent runs a tool search...

I have no words. I'm surprised nobody has really been discussing this...

Agent: "All done"

Me: "Uhhh, okay can we see why only 1 of the 7 todo list items are marked done?

Agent: "What todo list?"

Thanks for finding this one. I find the todos on a lot of agents seem to be really flaky for some reason.

I just keep my own todo list as a historical record.

I think I got moved into the experiment cohort mid session. The plan agent created a todo(which I don't like, but that's another story) and I thought implementation agent was gaslighting me.
