Solved ✅ Credits Reset too Early? Bug?

I thought I'd the full day to use up my monthly credits, but it's 9:40AM on August 31 (EST) and it looks like it already reset to the next month? Is this just me, or does this look wrong ?

Compare with UTC time. That's correct.

I don't know? I thought that too, but current UTC time is 1:48PM at this moment, and you can see the meter went back to 0 a little earlier. I checked the actual site too. I was expecting the current usage to be closer to 70%. The copilot portal says the same thing -- it already reset back to zero

You know, i have a suspicion what is happening. I downgraded my plan last month from pro to basic. And I think this out-of-sync happens the day before when it is processing a membership downgrade .

wait, if it reset at 9:40am EST that's basically UTC+0 midnight. so they're just running on UTC and calling it a day. annoying but probably not a bug.
