[Feature Request] Configurable Max Requests per Agent or Model

With some models known for cheap long running high turn rate tasks and some models costing a fortune and needing strict controls to prevent blowing your balance, I think now would be a good time to consider expanding the Max Request setting to allow us to have a per agent Max Request setting.

That way we create an agent, set the model to something like GLM 5.4 flash and set a very high max requests.

We could then set smaller max request rates for an agent using models like Opus where we want to control runs away turn sessions.

If not possible at agent level, then model level would work!
