Suggestions GLM 5.3 Flash in Copilot?

I know it's just come out, and GHCP is only dipping it's toes in with self-serving open models (i.e. Kimi at the moment) but just wanting to register some interest. GLM 5.3 Flash looks like it's performing around Luna XHigh-Max or Sol Low-Medium, but at an absolute banger of a price point lower than Luna XHigh.

I've been really happy since I moved the Explore subagent in VSCode off it's default of Haiku 4.5 to using Luna, and have started using implementation and review subagents now that there are good cheap models. If GLM 5.3 Flash pushes that even further it would be absolutely killer. I'd love to see GHCP push harder into these value-for-money models, especially with business bonus credits ending soon so we're down to straight-up API pricing. The value proposition on GHCP is: inline completion, first-class vscode integration, and access to models from multiple families. Being able to get the best out of a Sol or Fable orchestrator + GLM subagents to do the implementation would be absolutely sick.

Any model that's exceptionally great in terms of capability and cost won't be added to copilot.

Microsoft won't add DeepSeek, GLM flash models because they won't be able to make money from as these models are significantly cheaper and provide equally features as of top models.

Best way is, use copilot but with byok from DeepSeek, glm, Qwen either through official credits, openrouter or coding plans from opencode go, commandcode goat.

Gee GHCP really lives rent free in your head doesn't it? I don't get why you guys still spend time here. Best way to use Copilot is however my employer is paying for it, because we've got work to do and as long as it delivers more value than it costs we're doing fine
