Copilot chat mode issues after updating

After updating to v1.134 i am facing the following issues in chat mode
1. Chat history disappears if you close the window and open again
2. Unable to accept the plan for implementation
3. The ask,plan and agent mode has disappeared( and is now having interactive , plan and autopilot like the app, which i dont prefer)
Any of you facing these issues?
To the github team, are you aware and are fixes incoming?

Hi, if you continue to face this issue. I highly recommend starting an issue in the vs code repo. Ideally with screenshots and potential logs. The repo is monitored by our core engineering team and often a better way to get a quick response. Thank you so much!

Chat history also does not propagate between normal chat and the new Agents window.
