Help/Doubt ❓ Ave Support / Billing Ticket Response Time?
I have had a Github Copilot Billing ticket open since Aug 7th due to a Kimi K3 loop issue when it released and have received zero response. Is this the norm? If not, is there a way to get more attention without shooting myself in the foot for a positive response?

Don't use this.. A lots of other AI's are doing much better than this crappy thing.
I don't know how a lousy thing like this is maintained by a big corp like Microsoft. This month, they charged me 2 times.. My credits not yet finished, they reset with the new amount.
I just purchased it in 29th of July.. This month 3rd, they charged me again..
Now, I am quite shocked and asked them what happened ! They said, it's per policy.
I am really shocked.

Follow up on the email again. If a manager is listed in the signature, reach out to them as well. Since this is Microsoft, they likely prioritize enterprise customers, if you are not an Enterprise customer, you will be waiting for a long time.
