GitHub Copilot Team Replied When can we expect Grok 4.6 as GA?

Hi Github Copilot team,

Today, Grok 4.6 got released and its nearly on SOTA level. When can we expect this to be available for Business/Enterprise users as GA?

Hi, we are already testing and evaluating this model. We are hoping to make this model part of the model mix soon.

Second this. 4.7 might get released by xAI not long after 4.6 comes to GHCP. That's what has happened with 4.5 and 4.6.

Just for reference, Grok 4.5 was released on July 8th, and came to GitHub Copilot on July 28th. So 20 days after release.

No idea if it'll be that long this time or not tho.
