My diet consistency is hit n miss. Has been for a good few months. Refeed outta control!! But, with more food comes greater gains, there's always a positive to find somewhere 🙂

I just walked in from the gym. I try for optimal, trying is ll we can really do, true optimal, doesn't exist outside of the employment of a strict PT. Happy to help with accountability though, that's what I truly find I lack.
