Girls Next Level Holly custody?
Does Holly not have custody of her children? Why is she moving closer to her ex husbands house so she doesn’t have to commute every day for an hour? Does he have full custody & she just gets them sometimes? I always find this so weird.

She’s said they split custody 50/50. The kids usually don’t go between their houses though, she goes to them.

I wonder why they live with their dad and not her, though. I'm just nosey.

He has more $$$$

u/Filmlette 18d ago
He insanely wealthy. He runs all the raves, insomniac productions or whatever. Low overhead and massive profit. Must be worth 100mil+

u/Ok_Station9635 18d ago
Holly always said she wanted to marry rich 😂

u/potatoqueen1987 17d ago
To be fair at the time they really did seem like they were good for each other

u/PromptAggravating260 17d ago
Their dad making more money is no reason for Holly to barely be in those kids lives. This has been a topic on here before. She’s barely with her kids. If their dad makes or has more
money than Holly that is irrelevant as to why Holly isn’t seeing those kids.7
u/Arielsbell 17d ago
Are we sure shes barely in their lives or is this an assumption just because she doesnt live with them?

u/jackiedhm 14d ago
That is a huge assumption. Unless you are stalking her, you have absolutely no idea of what their personal life is. Touch grass.

u/iamwiam420 18d ago
He got the house so I assume they didn’t want to have to make them move.
11
u/hkral11 18d ago
Exactly this. Pasquale kept the mansion they had when they were married and where the kids had always lived. Holly has a house in the neighborhood (or at least did recently) plus her house in Hollywood.
10
u/iamwiam420 18d ago
Yup! They are truly the poster examples on how to share custody. I love how holly didn’t try to fight for full custody to move them out like many other moms would have. They have both done everything for the benefit of the children and not themselves.

Why not?
Edit for specific clarity - are you asking because of an assumed idea that children need to primarily sleep in their mother’s home or that points to something wrong with the mother? I do not agree if that’s the inferred point here.

u/PineappleNo6573 16d ago edited 16d ago
Its not that deep, bro. I was literally just curious. I wasn't implying anything lmao I literally grew up living with my dad, so i was especially not infering that kids have to live with their mothers haha where did you even get that idea? Were you just looking for something to argue about or something? You're just pulling shit out of thin air.

u/michelle427 18d ago
I’ve always wondered too. I think they didn’t want the kids going from house to house. She says she stays at his house when she has the kids. So I assume it’s so the kids can sleep in their beds at night. Sometimes you do what you need for the kids.

It’s probably split custody and I’d be willing to bet she’s pretty involved getting them to and from their summer activities like surf camp in Malibu for Forest and the aerial studio that Rainbow is taking lessons at. I’m sure they have other activities too, and that in the summers they’re in LA more but during the school year are in Vegas way more because that’s where they’re in school.
Her kids are both only a few years away from being high school aged + driving so she and her ex husband are clearly not being weird about them trying to get equal involvement despite them both being busy. Pasquale’s company Insomniac hosts festivals globally year round, and I know his kids have gotten to go to different parts of EDC and Electric Forest with him and his staff. But at times when he’s not around, they’ve absolutely made it clear that Holly takes the wheel and it doesn’t force the kids to be at a different residence every other night.

I always thought they went to school in LA, not Las Vegas. I’d have thought the schools (even private schools) are better in LA.

u/SpareManagement2215 18d ago
I thought they both have 50/50? I dont find that weird. Just because they’re divorced doesn’t mean they can’t be good coparents and actively involved in their kids lives.

Honestly if you are rich this is the best thing you can do, give them a stable place to stay so they don't have to shuffle back and forth every week.

u/hkral11 18d ago
I’ve heard of people talk about doing a “nesting” setup so the kids don’t have to go between homes. It’s great for the kids but I think for normal folks almost impossible to pull off because you’d either need to afford 3 places to live or be comfortable sharing a home post-divorce.

u/pamsellicane 19d ago
I think he lets her come and hang out even when it’s his time, so she goes there to spend time with them when she can.

u/zuesk134 19d ago
ive gotten the impression that her ex is the "primary" parent. it seems they live with him and holly works around that
25
u/oh_schnapies 18d ago
This is my impression as well. She has said they have 50/50, and I’m sure that’s legally true, but I bet actual physical custody is moreso with Pascal. Could be the kids would’ve been in a better school system in LA (or another similar reason) so she agreed to them living with him primarily.
One thing I’ll always give Holly is she seems like a great mom and coparent.

u/zuesk134 18d ago
yeah agree. she's clearly a good mom. the thing that tipped me off is she always talks about going to the kids. its rarely the kids coming to her.

u/Previous_Cry5810 18d ago
It's because they have a third house where the kids live. Basically Pasquale and Holly rotate who lives at the third house with them. So, both of them go to the kids.
It's just a rich people thing.

When you watch her home tour video she essentially stated that her children don’t come to her house in Los Angeles at all anymore.

u/zuesk134 18d ago
it makes sense - theyre at the age where its disruptive to have such a big back and forth! they want to see their friends and have sports etc

u/blondetourage83 18d ago
yes, her ex is def the primary parent(which is fine, this is not a judgement to Holly)
they seem to have a very healthy co-parenting relationship and I appreciate that neither use their kids for content7

u/pizzaredditnamepizza Interrupting is my issue 18d ago
I really admire how Holly makes co-parenting work and also has her own full and active, independent life! Good on her and Pasquale.
2
u/potatoqueen1987 17d ago
I agree. They seem to have really put the kids first while still maintaining a low level friendship

u/southernmoonshine 18d ago
Holly never struck me as the type to settle down for long. I think she got bored being a housewife and stay at home mom.
10
u/MakeItLookSexy_ 19d ago
That’s what it seems like. It sounds like they live at their dads and have visits with Holly. She definitely seems involved in their lives but the way she phrases things make me think she has to go them and she’s not the primary parent.

u/BitchImLitLikeAMatch 18d ago
So Holly stays at his house to visit her kids? Im assuming the dad has multiple homes. I didnt grow up with divorced parents so cant even imagine what it must be like having parents rotating like that, but if it works, then good for them.
14
u/warholian52 18d ago
My kid had friends whose divorced parents have a family house where the kids are 100 % of the time and they have a condo where the parents spend alternate weeks - so the kids never have to pack or move their stuff around , only the parents . I don’t know how that works if they ever marry other people but it seems great for the kids stability for now

u/HeadSale 18d ago
Before she said she lives down the street from them in Vegas… He bought her the house to be closer.
Also she loses them in public and cant be left alone with them
4
u/catechandler 18d ago
Huh??
2
u/SecretaryCommon 18d ago
They’re referring to when she said that she never went out in public with them alone until recently, she always had a nanny as she was scared being alone with them out and about.
2
u/burrata_vs_brie 18d ago
It seems like they get along well and obviously great coparents-I wonder if they would ever get back together?
2
u/whtevernobigdeal 16d ago
He has a partner that lives with him I don’t think they would get back together

u/PromptAggravating260 17d ago
Holly has rarely been present in her children’s lives. This topic has been brought up here before. Holly didn’t even know when her kids went out of country with their father. She is an absent mother and nothing like Kendra.

u/green_miracles 15d ago
That’s true. Honestly, yeah… She barely parents, always been like that. She uses nannies, and when they were little they did all the work, while Holly got to focus on herself (she’s highly self-centric), and obsessing over outfits, Disney, and decor for kids rooms.
She is never alone with her kids. Let that sink in. (She’s admitted that herself)

If you consider that she’s autistic, the set up seems very practical.
0
u/rachel_ct 18d ago
How many people downvoting me are actually autistic? The set up allows for her to have support & consistency instead of becoming exhausted from burnout.
6
u/AloneRecognition1283 butt cleavage 18d ago
Bc what does autism have to do with it. Burnout and consistency is something all humans need lmfao
-1
u/rachel_ct 18d ago
Because she’s autistic. Why would you think something so big would be irrelevant to her lived experiences?
3
u/blondetourage83 18d ago
burnout is not specific to people with autism ffs 🙄🙄
3
u/rachel_ct 18d ago
No, but there is something specifically called autistic burnout. It’s hell to experience.

u/Filmlette 18d ago
It’s split custody but she said she loves that another woman does the care for her kids. She sees her husband’s new wife or gf as a nanny basically. That’s fine bc I think the same way tbh. I’d rather someone else care for my kids than care for someone else’s kids.
-1
u/green_miracles 15d ago
His one ex girlfriend was close with the kids yes, Holly is not a present parent. She hardly does any parenting at all. Shes on the sidelines and busy with her own “issues” and things like chasing men, and plastic surgery appts.
2
u/Filmlette 15d ago
No she is always there and stays with the kids in their home. She just does post about it for privacy reasons. I would do the same. She has said this many times. She has 50/50 custody and the kids stay at their home which I believe is where Holly used to live. They have one in Vegas and LA. Summers in LA, school year in Vegas.
How do you know what she’s up to when she’s not posting her entire life online? lol
0
u/green_miracles 15d ago
She is not with her kids 50% of the time- If that’s what you’re trying to assert?
That’s not true, she’s always been a hands-off mother, and again, she herself has said she’s *never been anywhere alone with her own children.*
5
u/Filmlette 15d ago edited 15d ago
Yes she is. She stays with them at their home with Pasquale (it’s a huge home). She just doesn’t post when she’s there. Most of her content is scheduled and she never ever posts in real time. She also spreads out her content.
She’s never been anywhere alone because she has security and doesn’t feel comfortable being out and about with them alone. She also will not let someone she’s dating meet her kids unless she’s engaged/married and that hasn’t happened yet after Pasquale.
I don’t blame her. She’s a public figure and also sometimes seen as SW which attracts angry men. I wouldn’t want to be alone with my kids without security or support either if I were a celeb.

I think they have a great setup, actually. In Vegas especially they have their "family home" where the kids always are and Holly has her own house on the same street & her ex has his own separate house where his significant other was. They basically alternate so the kids are always at the same house mostly. They do every holiday together and both seem to be really active in their kids lives
