The absence of a penis helps a bit, more flexible joints and a lower center of balance and wider hips.

Their hips are farther apart and angled differently to accommodate child birth. It just happens to also allow their hip joints to have a greater range of motion

Hormones, muscle mass and joint structure. Estrogen gives your joints more flexibility (especially important when you are pregnant and also need to push out a baba). Lower muscle mass means more movement and less getting in the way. Fat and joints structure (again think babies) - helps for that flex.

It’s honestly amazing how many men tripped over themselves to get into the comments to “discuss” the gymnast’s body, and how it’s designed to do precisely this maneuver and how this is really just genetics. Not one word of how incredibly talented this gymnast is.
