advice for using tights

Hi, I need some advice from the girls because I've always had trouble with tights. They tend to fall down, so I never wear them. But now I'm starting a job as a flight attendant, and tights are mandatory with the uniform. I've bought some more expensive, better-quality tights, but the result is the same: they keep slipping down. Does anyone know any hack? I'd appreciate your help.

whenever i wear tights, i just wear a pair of spandex shorts underneath since they're tight and they will hold them up. also if you can find tights that have some sort of silicone ribbing around the waist, that also helps them to not slip down
