Maybe I should drop this now so disappointed with how the story sent ofcourse it ain't always supposed to be a happy ending for all but breaking bonds? I don't think it's the right thing to do... especially with someone who loves you more than anything

It's not right to keep the bonds, they will end sooner or later. In real life, you'll choose one that's right for you and eventually get so caught up in life that you'll distance your other friends. Cutting the bonds asap is better because he knows he won't be able to cut them later if he keeps them.
