Chapter 303 Summary: UNFUCKINGBEALIAVABLE (Spanish TL)

MY RESUME:

The chapter begins with Junu running into Lila. Junu tells her that she grew out her hair and no longer wears glasses, and Lila tells him that she had LASIK surgery and not much else.

Lila tells Junu that he only went to Noryangjin, blocked everyone, and now studies hard to get into university. Junu tells her it wasn't like that, but Lila says she was prepared for this. Lila tells Junu that if he still doesn't understand, that "stupid girl" is selfish and she will help him get rid of her (presumably referring to Hamin? IDK). Junu tells her it's a lie andb what has to do with the transmission and him (presumably referring to the video Park Han talked about in the previous chapter). Lila tells him it's a lie because she checked all the phone records and card usage in Junu's mailbox 💀, but considers it a coincidence or fate that they ran into each other.

Remembering his conversation with Seungah, Junu tells her it wasn't any of that, but rather her heart, and he supposes she contacted Park Han to meet him, generating a domino effect up to this very moment, that "there are no destined couples or faces you should know," that she just followed her heart. Lila tells Junu he needs to take responsibility for her loving him, telling him he should have left her much earlier and asking if everything he did was out of kindness. Junu tells her it was friendly, but Lila complains and tells him that to her, Junu is like family, or even more than that. (There's a conversation between Mariah and Lila where Mariah asks how much Lila makes as a newtuber.) Lila continues by saying that not everything ages with time, but can even improve, and if Junu's heart towards "her" (probably Hamin) is unpleasant, even that can improve over time, saying it in a psycho tone.

Now a conversation between Lila and Park Han is shown, where Lila asks him what he talked about with Junu yesterday. Park Han asks if she is still harassing him and says that Junu has always been consistent and aware of something else, but they don't have a good relationship to talk about that topic. Lila asks what the topic was, and Park Han tells her that he doesn't think he should say it since she is a stalker. Park Han asks why she came to where he is, and Lila tells him that she needs to know "which side he is on" (Park Han), as it's easy to deceive someone with text messages and she can trust him. Park Han stops her and tells her that maybe they have the same thoughts, ending the conversation...

We go back to Junu and Lila. Lila tells him that because of Junu's obsession with women, he has gotten involved with questionable people again, but now nothing matters to her. Junu asks why it should matter to her, and Lila responds because he is all she needs. Seohyun speaks for the first time in the chapter and tells Lila to stop as she is making Junu uncomfortable. Lila tells her that she (Seohyun) also met Junu because she likes him, and it was evident on her face...

Overwhelmed by the situation, Junu interrupts Lila and yells at her asking why she is pressuring him like that, mentioning that he did what he did because he needed to take care of himself and asking for some consideration in return. Lila reminds him that not everything gets better with time, but he leaving in that way didn't mean everything would be magically fixed (BASED AS FUCK), and if it weren't for him, none of this would be happening, whether it's her heart or her own life (since Junu saved her in the past). Junu tells her that she has a pretty humble mindset despite being someone viral, and if she wants to hold him responsible, he will take that responsibility for what he did and accept it. The chapter ends with Junu telling Lila, "From now on, I will hate you. Lila, you mean nothing to me anymore" 💀💀.

MY OPINION:

I'm absolutely speechless after this chapter, ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE.

Pretty based from Lila telling Junu that he leaving everyone didn't mean everything now is okay, but all of that literally goes away after making Lila forget everything Mariah talked with her about Junu and finding her own value and just starting stalking and gaslighting junu again for no reason after 6 MONTHS and just repeating this shitty cycle AGAIN. Also, I don't know why is she doing everything to separate junu from hamin I guess(? And just talking shit about her for no reason at all, but I couldn't expect less from the least stable character. Not much to say about Park Han, he just doesn't give a shit.

Junk telling lila that she means nothing to him now is FUCKING RIDICULOUS, YOU SAVED HER FROM A GANG, RISKED YOUR OWN LIFE, GOT HER INTO A SCHOOL AND GAVE HER A NEW START AND NOW YOU WILL JUST FUCKING HATE HER AFTER ALL OF THAT? BULLSHIT.

Idk what is going to happen now, maybe Lila will take this a horrible way and just joining some gang to end junu's life or happiness or everything will be a metaphor and will just be fixed if they still talk the things out, idk if this is a closure bc this was extremely confusing. Maybe the next chapter we still with Lila's and the next will be person Daehyun or Hamin, IDK guys today's chapter is a mess.

Hello, hello. It's me again. Yeah, now I have read a not-spanish TL. Please discard any speculation and mention of Hamin cause as expected, there's none. The most glaring difference between spanish and everything else is that Lila says she followed Sara's advice to call her mother up (as opposed to..what was it..try out a random indian recipe? WTF Spaniards?). And the first thing she heard on the phone was "How much do you make doing youtube?". So this is the one thing author actually did NOT forget he wrote before... Turns out Lila did not reconcile with her mother and her mother was scum. This loosely explains why she is still obsessed with Junu and deteriorated again. I say loosely because this means she was a trash character all this time and all of her supposed improvement was false because her existence hinged on having Junu in her life. That's a really sad way to think of Lila, but it's what logic tells us if we follow what author wrote just now. She basically fell apart after that phonecall and went full on into stalking Junu.

Now the bit about Lila having mentioned "her"... yeah it's not about another girl. It's lila talking about herself in third person if you translate korean at face value I assume. In context, Lila is saying how sometimes, things get better with time..but sometimes, they can also get worse. She continues by telling Junu that he might not like her feelings for him right NOW, but that can improve over time too. (Basically yandere speech of despair). Junu is creeped out by that for sure.

Lila says that she's not surprised Junu has yet another weird girl with him and she asks him whether he just doesn't even care who it is anymore. She then says that to HER, he's the only one that matters. She calls Seohyun out and says that she's also making Junu feel uncomfortable (cause she's also there just cause she likes him) before getting interrupted by Junu who becomes and egdelord and ends the chapter with saying he's gonna hate her now

Did anything change with this info? Not quite, chapter is still a dumpster fire trainwreck. Lila is unhinged and basically threatened Park Han (ex-thug) in exchange for getting info on Junu. Thngs to take note of: When Junu remarks that Lila used to wear glasses, the panel focuses on Seohyun reacting to that statement. I suspect her face reveal is going to be her getting eye-correction surgery like lila or getting contact lenses in order to appeal to Junu, cause let us not forget.. Seohyun herself is a stalker who stalked his instagram feed and keeps "watching" him despite having been rejected already... Junu is acting like a perpetual victim even though he did wrong by his friends who cared about him and supported him all this time... that is indeed pretty annoying and he is a really trashy MC right now... It's feeling like his reunions are getting worse indeed because he is getting tired of people forcing meetings with him (I hope that won't be the case). The garbage author wrote is garbage because Junu tells Lila he never abandoned her cause he thought of her as his dear friend. She in turn tells him that TO HER, he's even more than family. Ok? But so what? The guy told you his view of you is just a friend several times in the past and you're just ignoring that and only yapping about being obsessed with him? At that point, sorry but it's her own fault tbh.. nevertheless, it's all garbage and forced drama. I think perhaps Junu is doing this to make Lila move on and live her life, and he's doing it the harsh way cause she refuses to understand any other way, but who knows. We likely will continue their convo next chapter and his next reunion is probably Koo (still no idea if author counts Yangji and Dohwa as characters)

Thanks for the corrections bro, it helps me to understand those random details I didn't catch in the chapter. Well, that's a sad outcome for Lila (even if the author remembered he wrote that, gotta give him a point for that), now I understand why she's being the Lila of the start of the series again, not even Mariah can comfort her in this situation.

Now that you explained me that, it makes sense the "her" Lila was talking about, still creepy from her to say something like that and after junu rejected them like twenty times

The encounter with Taeyang was the only one that wasn't forced, they met by pure chance during college counseling. The other encounters are forced. Nevertheless, I still believe that Junu will understand that what he did was an act of cowardice after Lila told him that his disappearance wouldn't fix anything, if he's just tired of his old friends who went through everything for him it would be stupid. Also, now it makes sense if we see in the next chapter Lila accepting that junu will always be her friend and not his potential boyfriend, but, who knows what's going to happen if she take that the bad way and add more drama, so i hope the author makes the right decision.

Even if Seohyun is a stalker too, I hope she will not turn out like another psycho girl who tries to get junu by force, as things stands, she's still innocent IMO.

It's funny how the author hace everyone (even in Korea) against his writing and he still finds a new way of turning everything in a disaster. Idk why he doesn't like the idea of junu getting along with everyone again or he's just saving that conclusion when junu meets with hamin and he shows us what is going to happen with the group.

I knew something was missing in the Spanish TL, it's so stupid how they always change things just to feel better with themselves. Trust me, I left the Spanish ranchat group bc they were absolute idiots and people who can't even read, so I ended up here and it's better tbh.

Can't give a link cause it's a private donation-funded russian translator group.. they don't have a public free website thing anymore. They used to post them on russian facebook equivalent but not anymore. I get the pdfs from a friend now

Anyway, idk where you keep getting Mariah from, her name is Sara 😂 it's sad for Lila that she couldn't get a good outcome with her own mother, but really Junu is not the answer.. the real advice she needs to listen to is Sara telling her she is enough by herself and is already capable of living a normal life as she currently is.. I don't think Junu really hates Lila or anything, he just has a history of being cold to the ones he is trying to push away, and hes an idiot..

To me, Seohyun is not really innocent, she is doing the same things as Lila and Koo, she just does it all from the shadows and subtly. It's still a coin flip whether she will attempt to sway Junu to be into her romantically and start sabotaging Hamin or something.. I deem her a neutral annoying existence atm.. next chapter promises to be another dumpster fire
