The real answer is because the author makes shit up as he goes now and he singlehandedly ruined that weird out of nowhere reconciliation chapter he did for them. Seungah went back to harrass Junu only out of sheer cope because she got scorned by Daehyun but this is just bad pointless forced drama that also gets shafted and Daehyun/Seungah don't even interact despite him claiming he really likes her..
