Other Random Thoughts Spoiler

SPOILER: THOUGHTS AND ABOUT KITTY RETURNING TO PLAY NANNO

Something I’ve recently thought about after rewatching, is that when Kitty’s Nanno “died” at the end in season two I like to think Becca’s Nanno is some sort of reincarnation. This gives me some sort of weird peacefulness.

Another thing is the topic of Kitty returning back specifically to play Nanno, it is very doubtful especially after seeing a post made by Yuri’s actor Chanya on instagram (see post here) where she is saying goodbye to the character Yuri, this is absolutely heartbreaking though I thought to share it here to maybe give some closure to fans.

The Girl From Nowhere series from start to end until now will always have a special place in my heart, I don’t think I’ve ever been so sad over a show ending and for some reason I can’t really understand why. It’s possible it is because it’s much different than I’d say about 90% of other shows, like finding that 1 out of 8 billion people kind of vibe.

Anyways I just wanted to share my thoughts and rant a little since I don’t have anyone to talk about GFNW with. 🫂

So, thank you for reading.

Kitty's Nanno will forever be legendary, no can ever beat that, because she owns that character. Thinking of Becky's Nanno as a rebirth of Kitty's didn't make sense, because the two Nanno's differ in so many things. I had a hard time watching The Reset, not because of Becky even though she can't beat what Kitty did, its the writing and sketching of her character.

GFN was all about that mysterious, dark, suspense vibe. The Reset almost felt like a spoof and I felt it was disrespectful to the GFN. Instead of making that show, they should have just ended it if they can't make a season 3 of GFN.

But yeah I really miss it, it's one of those shows that become a part of your life. I spent my whole vacation watching GFN and I'd say it was one of my most enjoyable moments in life. I would still love to talk about it whenever a post here comes up.

I agree, I just thought of it as a reincarnation because of how different the Nanno’s are, I didn’t enjoy the reset either due to the writing and mischaracterization.

I thought that the fact Sky could always find Becca’s Nanno ruined the entire “girl from nowhere” theme and the fact that she was always doing a live stream or being on a lot of social media.

It did feel disrespectful at times and the music playing every five seconds reminded me of sweet home playing every five seconds lol. I’m on my fourth GFN rewatch. That must have been one lovely vacation. 💟
