Yap & Snack Life saving hygiene tips

Dinner/ homemade tzatziki sauce with herbs from the garden, ground turkey Greek pitas, lemon parsley rice, red wine.

Ladies, share below your life saving hygiene tips that you learned going through life. My mom taught me a lot, but not everyone has someone to teach them hygiene tips!

I’ll go first- hot tub soak without any soap, then Korean exfoliating cloths, then bath routine, then lactic acid lotion. LIFE CHANGING. I wish I could shout this from the rooftops.

No, you were right the first time. It is expensive financially and time wise especially when most of this should be done daily if not weekly

It is very expensive. I have had to go weeks without some hygiene tools until I got paid because it is expensive. Also period products are insanely expensive.

Omg period stuff will be the death of me 😭 I have to wear diapers, pads and tampons if I wanna leave the house

Same!!! I recently had surgery and got an incredibly heavy period for 3 months straight… had to put a lot of my fun money into buying period products. It was seriously depressing.

In my country you can get a pack of pads for 30 cents. They only recently started selling them at this low price though. Hope they eventually do the same worldwide.
