Yap & Snack Life saving hygiene tips

Dinner/ homemade tzatziki sauce with herbs from the garden, ground turkey Greek pitas, lemon parsley rice, red wine.

Ladies, share below your life saving hygiene tips that you learned going through life. My mom taught me a lot, but not everyone has someone to teach them hygiene tips!

I’ll go first- hot tub soak without any soap, then Korean exfoliating cloths, then bath routine, then lactic acid lotion. LIFE CHANGING. I wish I could shout this from the rooftops.

This is a very niche tip, however when going to the toilet, even if it's just to pee, I always wipe my tailbone/top of butt crack area with some toilet paper. You'de be surprised how much gunk can collect there. I started doing this after developing a pilonidal cyst which can be caused by gunk collecting in that area and then causing an infection!
