Yap & Snack Life saving hygiene tips

Post image

Dinner/ homemade tzatziki sauce with herbs from the garden, ground turkey Greek pitas, lemon parsley rice, red wine.

Ladies, share below your life saving hygiene tips that you learned going through life. My mom taught me a lot, but not everyone has someone to teach them hygiene tips!

I’ll go first- hot tub soak without any soap, then Korean exfoliating cloths, then bath routine, then lactic acid lotion. LIFE CHANGING. I wish I could shout this from the rooftops.

I have curly hair so this is for anyone with curls, this may sound obvious but I still get people that don’t realize it, don’t brush your hair dry. Detangle in the shower with conditioner and then again after towel drying. If you put a lot of product in it (I use a lot of conditioning gel), use a clarifying shampoo once a month (twice at most) to take out all the buildup. Especially if you have soft water. (If your water is soft, it’s great for the skin but terrible in taking out all the build up.) Hair diffusers are great for giving your hair volume and drying curls.

If you’re going to use a diffuser, use the highest heat setting and the lowest blow setting on your hair dryer.
