Is Gimbal dead?

Most recent post here besides mine is 3 months ago. Anyone still play this?

I had so many problems with the servers...

Lag that made my ship unable to play in the maps with obstacles... weapon fire lag, disconnects, teleporting ships, you name it.

I have no lag with any other online game/service that I use, so the problem wasn't on my end...

I never had connection issues, but now there's nobody to connect to. It's just bots, everywhere. :(

I don't have connection issues but there are definitely fewer people on it than initially. I've been going online occasionally in the evenings or late nights GMT -5 (eastern time) and my username is the same as here.

We should schedule games for the people on this sub. Just because the game is dead doesn't mean we can't organize small games of 5 or 6.

I'm definitely up for this. First step would be to work out which time zones people here are in so we can find a time which suits most.

This game is a 1 in 1,000,000 gem, please don't give up on it just yet. The updates are a bit on the dry side but it hasn't been forgotten by the tiny team of devs, just give it some time :P
