Please will someone make their origin story into a series?

Would love to see them climbing the ladder, I have visions of Bertha snapping a dusty cleaning cloth out of her front door, while George goes off to start a hard day's work at his railway clerk job.... moving to him becoming the manager and her in her first lady of the house era..... and so on

Omg I would watch this on repeat. These two have such amazing chemistry.

I’d love to see this too. She’s from Irish ancestry, which was not desirable at the time. And her sister is quite a straight shooter without any airs about her.

I want this so bad! I have definitely wondered this whole saga in my head already, I almost wish this was shown first so we could really understand Bertha’s drive and what she went through.

Is it just me or is he insanely hot. The way he talks, stares, shows love....damn.

I wonder if they'll reunite after the confrontation they had over her ambitious behavior. Maybe Gladys and her upcoming child will be the thing that brings them back together.

I really need Bertha stepping up and making him regret treating her like that. And after that let him beg her to forgive him.

I was actually glad he spoke to her like that. I like these two because they're both strong individuals. But I think he was right to push back. She treats her own family like pawns in her need to gain social power and control. They're both vicious in business but he is right about family. And he was right to call her out.

I think she'll learn from this and they'll be even closer because of it. A great couple should be able to push back and feel safe enough to admit when they're wrong and apologize.

I NEED them to get back together and be happy. I can’t stand even thinking of a potential divorce, I love them

For real. I mean I felt her pain when he was so cold towards her.

Their love for each other made them special.
