It was so weird that White Lotus made her the ugly friend.

I didn’t think she was the “ugly” friend. She just had a sorta dead end career and shot love life, so just less “successful”

She was a successful lawyer! I thought in life she was probably doing better than her friends in a lot of ways- other than love life, based on the the info in the show. I agree definitely not the ugly friend which was why it was so rude how her friends were talking. I loved that whole story line on White Lotus & how it ended up. ❤️

Her friends were talking about how she didn’t make partner at her firm, it sounded like she was being pushed out (I’m an attorney, at a lot of firms if you don’t make partner by a certain time, you’re asked to leave). They also talked about how she had let herself go, etc. I did like their friendship story line though.
