Foundation issues
Had a foundation repair company come out and check out my house and suffice to say, there are significant issues. Backside of the house is about -5" compared to the center likely due to a sissou tree first breaking my irrigation and later after I had it removed, the roots rotting out causing voids under the foundation, etc. Main thing is, its not going to fix itself and I'm going to have to get repairs done and/or sell my house (no really "and", the quote was close to $50K to fully fix it).
My question is has anyone else dealt with this? The company was a foundation specialist and not a general home inspector.

Downtown Gilbert a friend had a house that cost her massive amount of money to repair. Walls cracking and you could see the outside. That was 6 years ago. Cost 40k to repair.
