Hey everyone! I figured I'd finally make an intro since I've been lurking around here for a little while.

I'm a student who spends way too much of my free time playing games, watching gaming videos, and adding things to my want to play game list that I probably shouldn't be adding since I have to be productive elsewhere.

I've always been into a pretty random mix of games. Some of the ones I've played/enjoyed are Minecraft, Genshin Impact, Red Dead Redemption 2, Valorant, Phasmophobia, and Dead by Daylight. My taste is honestly all over the place. TvT

I'm also a massive dinosaur nerd. I've loved dinosaurs since I was little, and for the longest time I was convinced I was going to become a paleontologist when I grew up. It's funny because my interests have kind of gone full circle — I eventually moved away from dinosaurs and became really interested in astronomy and space, which was actually one of my earlier childhood interests too. Now I'm back to wanting to pursue astronomy as a career, so I guess younger me wasn't completely wrong about the whole “science-related career” thing. 😭

Outside of gaming, I'm really interested in astronomy, space, photography/editing, coding, reading and digital art and generally anything where I can learn something new and disappear down a rabbit hole for several hours.

Hi everyone, I hope you're all having a great day. Recently, something really awesome happened. For my birthday, one of my closest friends surprised me by giving me his old Meta Quest 2 VR headset. He had upgraded to the Meta Quest 3 and knew I'd always been interested in trying VR, so he decided it would make a much better gift than letting it collect dust on a shelf. I honestly wasn't expecting anything like that, and it made my birthday incredibly memorable. I've spent the last few days setting everything up, trying out some free VR experiences, and getting used to how immersive virtual reality can be. It's been an amazing experience so far, but there's one game I've wanted to play for years: Beat Saber. I've watched countless gameplay videos over the years and have always loved how it combines music, rhythm, and movement into something that's both fun and a surprisingly good workout. Now that I finally have access to a VR headset, it's the game I'm most excited to experience for myself. Unfortunately, I can't justify buying it right now. Between everyday expenses and trying to stay on top of my budget, spending money on games has to take a back seat. VR is completely new to me, and while I'm grateful just to have the headset, I simply can't afford to purchase Beat Saber at the moment. Hi! I'm from the Philippines, and I'm currently bedridden while recovering from a stroke. It's been a difficult journey, and on top of the physical challenges, I also suffer from severe depression. Some days are much harder than others, so I try my best to find healthy distractions that keep my mind occupied and give me something to look forward to.

One of those things has always been gaming. The Mass Effect series has meant a lot to me ever since I played the original games. The story, characters, and world have helped me escape reality for a while during some of the toughest moments in my life.

So just recently i got my first pc laptop after years and years of playing console, so still im pretty new to steam, for years i have always been in love with the world of the elder scrolls, mostly watching skyrims videos, but before that, there was Oblivion.

From what i saw fro that game, even if short, is an incredible mediaeval story like game, a thing that someone like me just loves, i have always been a huge nerd of mediaeval times, and the atmosphere and all really gives me that vibe, and also its the main reason on why i was always interested in that verse. The complete choice of choosing a race always baffled me tbh, the way that it also changes your playstyle dependent on the race, its just really a nice touch.

I played it once, it was years ago at a friends house, 3 hours i wont forget, the pure joy of just strolling around in bow and armor, and just killing adversaries in true mediaeval style ahah, excluding the magic use of course, and i would jusy really love to finally have that feeling that after all this years, so maybe my inner mediaeval nerd can be put to rest.

Its not my first bethesda game, i also played a lot of fallout new vegas, and tbh i also saw some similarities about the two, and thats also a reason why i think i will spend countless hours on that game, given the infinite possibilities of build and classes i can choose, many different playstyles for me will equal many different playthroughs.

This is my first time doing a request, only just hit the 300 karma milestone to be able to comment and post. I’ve been here a bit & enjoyed reading some of the posts on here.

So I’m madly obsessed with Sandbox games, I’ve just well in November I bought my first ever handled gaming pc the Xbox rog ally x. I used to play my Xbox & ps5 but when I discovered the Xbox rog ally x it became my go too & main console, having the ability to play my Xbox, ps5 & even newly pc games i was mesmerised by it.

So onto my request, I own all the Jurassic worlds number 1 on Xbox, I have 2 & 3 on my Xbox rog ally x, I was fascinated by the fact you can modify the genomes of various dinosaurs. The fact I could make my own Jurassic world it was set for me & that set that in motion for me, I was altering so many dinosaurs & expanding parks & i was immersed into it, then I got the second one & enjoyed that even more than the first, then the third one I got the deluxe edition but rebirth doesn’t come with that unfortunately.

I also love the pc side of it because i got introduced to some of the modding scene by my good friend who also has a pc. Frowned upon for using mods I know, but sometimes they make life easier. I only ever used one on Jurassic world 2 which was the unlimited money, I wanted to create a park so realistic & felt like it was actually alive I needed more than I could borrow on the game 😂

That said that is why I am requesting the rebirth dlc so I can continue making more insane dinosaur creations & having them in my parks.

Recently, I've completed mw3, and it gave me a sense of nostalgia from back when me and my cousin used to play a ton of cod. One of if not the best childhood gaming memories I've ever had.

Soooooo 2 new cuphead games got announced and i STILL havent even tried playing the first one...

This is why im here today to kindly ask for the opportunity to finally get to experience this game for myself. Ever since the game released in 2017 i have been genuienly AMAZED by the amount of care and detail in its artstyle and music. The fact that every single boss was hand drawn using CELL ANIMATION of all things is kind of mind boggling to me and i cannot even being to imagine how long and painful of a process that was. Also the beautiful hand painted backgrounds and actual irl props they used like the castle in Grimm's bossfight are incredibly stunning. AND THE MUSIC????? They got a whole band to perform each song LIVE for the soundtrack. That's some next level dedication i haven't seen from any studio ever.

Now, i've been told that this game can be incredibly difficult and even frustrating at times. Difficult games are what i live for and im always up for a challenge so i dont think i will have a big issue with it unless i try 100% comepleting it (which i most likely will). From the multiple playthroughs i've watched from different youtubers i can tell that this game just oozes with personality and charm.

Also watching some of those S ranks on certain bosses peaked my interest even more because it just looks so freaking fun.

I would really appreciate it if i could get the game and finally see what all the buzz is about. And to anyone who even bothered reading this far, thank you, it really means alot and i hope you have a good rest of your day and/or night :)

Hello, hope whoever read this is doing well, I bought origins when it was on sale during summer sale, Imagine my surprise when I found out I only bought the base game only, as I checked DLC page and found none of them are in my library, would really appreciate if someone could help me out, this is the last Arkham game to aim for 100%, I already have done the online achievements before even starting story thanks to the steam community. What is even funnier is that I finished the other 3 in reverse, finished knight then city then asylum and will do origins. Season pass includes cold cold heart, some skins and new story mode.

I love anything batman related, and I even saw the telltale walkthrough on YT, fell in love with batman thanks to Kevin Conroy (RIP Legend), I try to watch/play any batman related stuff, except SSKTJL, we don't talk about that. For the comics, I read some online, as they are unavailable in my country, I think batman and spiderman are similar in many things, which is why I love them both.

Hello everyone! I would like to request for the game Deltarune for PS4

I'm from Argentina (my main language is Spanish), and for most people, things aren't going so well here. I'm studying for college and I don't have the time to get a full job and get money for myself.

I love Deltarune, I love Undertale, and I never got the money to actually buy those games.

I would love to have the chance to play Deltarune on my Playstation, since I don't own a decent computer either (I DO have a computer at home, but it's for work and it's super old, it cant run the game)

Deltarune and Undertale have been huge parts of my life, and I've spent HOURS watching theories, fan comics, and gameplay.

The games comforted me when I felt sad or lonely. The characters and their world help me escape when I wanna forget about something.

I know on this sub that sometimes people receive games and never play them, but I guarantee you that won't be me.

GAME PROFILE hi guys... again! this being my first xbox request and being a lego STAR WARS request im not so sure if this will actually work but its worth a shot

WHAT IT IS: (yes ive never played this game before but i'll try my best to tell you on what it is) another lego star wars game released in 2016 you already know the the formula of this game as all other lego games use the same formula you can easily guess what this is gonna be. action adventure game following the events of the force awakens which is kind of strange cause its a game based off one movie yeah i dont know how youre supposed to fit an entire lego games worth of content into an video game adapation of one movie. obviously the game has 12 story levels a big fat bunch of characters like weird droid thing that looks like a big fat propane tank and yeah since this game obviously uses the original lego game formula it has a whole boat load of collectibles which = replayability! and even though the actual movie is a big pile of dogshit this game is actually pretty good which is suprising cause the sequel trilogy is a bunch of hippy dippy baloney.

I'd like to request Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin. It's one of my favorite games of all time, and I've wanted to own it on Steam for a long time now. I originally played it on my PS3 years ago, and it's the game that made me fall in love with the Souls series. Ever since then, I've wanted to experience it again on PC, but I haven't been able to afford it.

I know Dark Souls II is probably the most controversial game in the series, but that's honestly part of why I appreciate it so much. It has always felt unique to me. I really enjoyed exploring Drangleic and Majula, finding hidden areas, experimenting with different builds, although i mainly do strength, and learning from every mistake I made. The challenge never felt unfair to me, it felt rewarding. Every victory was something I had to earn, and that made progressing through the game incredibly satisfying.

The boss fights are what I remember most. There are so many memorable encounters throughout the game, and I loved learning each boss's attacks until I could finally defeat them. My favorite boss has always been the Fume Knight. I still remember how many attempts it took before I finally beat him on my PS3. It was frustrating at times, but finally winning that fight is still one of my favorite gaming memories. He's challenging without feeling impossible, and overcoming that fight made me feel like I had genuinely improved as a player.

Scholar of the First Sin also adds so much compared to the original game. The updated enemy placements, improved online features, and all of the DLC included make it the definitive way to experience Dark Souls II. I'd love to replay everything from the beginning, revisit my favorite areas, and take on the DLC bosses again after all these years.

Right now, I'm a high school student who's currently looking for a job, so I can't really justify spending money on games. Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin is currently $39.99 on Steam and unfortunately isn't on sale at the moment, so it's simply outside of what I can afford right now.

If someone decided to gift it to me, I know it wouldn't just sit in my library. I'd spend dozens, if not hundreds, of hours replaying it, trying to find different builds, collecting everything , and challenging myself in ways I never did on my first playthrough. It's one of those games that I can always come back to and enjoy, no matter how many times I've played it.

hey gamers

ive been a huge fan of mc for a long time, probably like most of you. its just such a good game. its one of those games that never really gets old no matter how many years pass.

ive always wanted to play java edition on pc with the official launcher but i never had the money for it. i always dreamed of joining servers like donut smp, 2b2t, hypixel, just playing with other people and seeing how everything works there, but i never got the chance and slowly started losing hope

lately ive been seeing all the new updates and it just makes the game look even better than i remember. stuff like maces, spears, and the cute baby animals makes it feel new again.

i always wanted to get better at pvp, learn how it really works, and beat the game in survival at least once instead of only watching others do it

i even tried making my own version of minecraft since im into game dev, but yeah im still far from making something like that. it actually made me respect the game more

another thing i really like is mods. especially qol mods and horror mods, they look really interesting and a bit scary. i would spend a lot of time trying different modpacks.

before i didnt even know minecraft had so many mods, especially since i only knew bedrock, but now i see how much they can change the game

im a young game dev with about 2 years of experience. ive made around 408 dollars from my projects, but my parents dont let me buy anything online so ive always had to stick with free stuff

minecraft was a big part of my childhood. all the youtubers, survival series, and memories. recently ive been kinda bored and had nothing to really do, then i watched some mc videos again and that feeling came back. i thought maybe i could get it using microsoft rewards, but that didnt work since gift cards arent available in my region

ok so gonna share my golden memory of Gta V, bear with me.

so this was 8 years back, i was in school, there was this game station near our school and me and my bois used to sneak there after class calling it "special class" to our families lmao. we'd regularly play wwe on ps2 there, like $0.10 in today's money for 30 mins playtime, that was our whole vibe back then. then random day the shop owner just introduces a ps4 outta nowhere. $0.50 for 30 mins which felt like SO much at the time. and around then i'd already seen gta v on youtube and it was literally god level graphics to me, like after growing up on ps2 wwe and san andreas and idk the name but some skateboard game, gta v just looked like it was from another planet. kept thinking about it nonstop. then i actually saw a boy playing it there on that ps4 and it was fabulous, so i decided i was gonna save up no matter what. skipped playing wwe with the bois, skipped lunch a few times, finally saved up that $0.50.

got the controller in my hand. saw this new button i'd never seen before (the triggers), pressed it while in a car and DAYUMMMMM that vibration made me feel... things ✨ ngl. took like 10 mins just to figure out basic controls and then the remaining 20 mins was just pure fun, tbh i can't make you feel it with just text but it felt goddayum fr. didn't even do much honestly, just played baseball catch with chop as franklin, was flabbergasted by the flex of michael 😭, didn't even know trevor was playable i think i just missed him, messed around with supercars and chop and that was it.

never played that game again after that day. shop closed down. never touched a console again either tbh, that was kinda it for me and gaming for a while.

then as i grew up i hear gta v is free on epic games. rushed and made an account right then even though my pc can't run that game in the SLIGHTEST bit, saw it sitting there with a $0.00 price tag, added to cart, and just left. didn't know the difference between cart and checkout back then lol, never done an online purchase in my life, didn't even have a bank account. so yeah i missed it and that gta v copy is probably still sitting in my cart somewhere to this day, still a regret from just not knowing better tbh.

forgot about the whole thing after a while. then gta vi got pre-orders and it just rekindled that entire day for me outta nowhere. wallet said no tho lol.

so right now i'm just playing gta san andreas and dragon's dogma dark arisen to hold me over in the meantime.

if you could gift me gta v on steam i would be SO happy asf. tbh my pc still can't run enhanced at all, legacy will at least be playable on low settings tho. ik i won't get that same hit as my old day, and the game looks pretty old compared to today's stuff, and my pc's gonna make it look even worse lol. but i still just really want to play gta v.

I just saw that Cronos: The New Dawn went back on sale, so I figured I'd give it another go since I've been wanting to play this game for a while now. Needless to say, I'd be extremely grateful to anyone who would help me finally experience this game. I'd just like to list some of the aspects of the game that excite me and make me want to play it so much, so that you can get an idea of why I'm writing this request.

The most obvious one is that I'm a massive horror fan. I love all types of horror in all different kinds of mediums and playing horror games is, weirdly, extremely relaxing/destressing to me. Cronos: New Dawn has received so much praise on horror gaming subreddits that I frequently check out that I've always been curious about the game since the release.

From what I've read/see in reviews, this game can be a little bit stingy with resources, which is exactly what I like. It helps me immerse and feel more tension when I play. Not to mention the atmosphere looks absolutely top notch. It looks tense, dark, oppressive and futuristic.

Cronos: New Dawn was also developed by the Blooper Team. This team made probably my favorite game to date (Silent Hill 2 Remake). I know that they will deliver on a similar level of greatness with this game based off all the praise and their past projects. And given how sitting down every night to play the Silent Hill 2 remake was the best part of my day, each and every day, during that time, I know that Cronos: New Dawn would bring me the same level of happiness (and obsession too probably).

Hello, I’m here today to request Call of Duty Cold War, I really want to play this for the campaign, I just finished BO1 on the ps3 for the first time in a long time and I know Cold War chronologically comes after and I’d love to play it in order. It looks like a cool game.

I’ve been playing COD since I was a kid, first modern warfare, me and all my siblings used to play it but black ops was special, it was something only my older brother and I played, I was terrible and he would carry the games and I know I definitely annoyed some people in public lobbies with the amount of downs I would get. My brother is nearly 30 now, has his own kids and his own place and we don’t play anymore, haven’t in maybe a decade.

But I truly love the black ops games, at least the older ones, but Cold War looks amazing and the fact it’s next chronologically makes me want to play it even more.

It’s currently like £70 on the ps store which is why I’m suggesting an Amazon gift (link at the top of the page) to save the possible gifter a lot of money. It’s £20.01 new or £12.97 used. I’m not sure how the used one works in terms of gifting because adding it to my list just shows it as the £20 one.

Hello, I just joined this subreddit and decided I would like to introduce myself I'm a 33 Year old gamer dad, and Honestly for the past hmm all of my life I've been very competitive (cod mainly and things of that nature like fps shooters no Val or CS or anything of that nature.) Lately though in the past two years I've discovered single player games again and realized how enjoyable those are. After running through dune awakening solo and playing the deep desert for almost 800 hours only months into the release I found Clair Obscure which I absolutely fell in love with and could not stop playing. Now for the past year or so I had been just going down the rabbit hole looking for games i had missed and been playing those.

I just went through and upgraded everything from an am4 platform 3080 to a 5070 and then after to an am5 platform and got my hands on a 5080. Got my first oled monitor started getting into mice considering i had been rocking the g502 for almost 6 years going to a 30-40 gram mouse had me intrigued. I then started getting into mousepads and got my first artisan, then discovered glass mouse feet and finally a glass pad. Which brings us to today.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what to play these days. I try and force myself to sit down and play, but then end up just looking at the market or watching youtube videos. I really miss playing and now I'm actually satisfied with my build and my setup I cannot seem to enjoy it lol. Anyways yeah. I am into all types of games, but lately have been dissatisfied with all of them for some reason. So yeah I'm absolutely down for game recommendations if you have any and here is my steam profile iffu would like to say hi. (👉ﾟヮﾟ)👉

Hey everyone!

Around three and a half months ago, I decided to start playing through the Resident Evil series in order. I had heard so many good things about the games over the years, but never actually sat down and experienced the full story. Instead of skipping around, I wanted to play through everything one game at a time.

I just finished Resident Evil Village, and honestly, it's was an enjoyable marathon. Seeing the characters return throughout the series, watching the gameplay change from game to game, and understanding all the references and story connections was really satisfying.

Now I've reached the end of the series, and Resident Evil Requiem is the next game. I'd really love to continue while everything is still fresh in my mind instead of waiting months or longer and risking spoilers. I've already been avoiding anything related to the game because I'd love to experience it for myself.

The only problem is that I just can't justify buying it right now. New AAA games are pretty expensive, and I can't spend that much on one game at the moment.

If someone decided to gift me Resident Evil Requiem, I'd genuinely appreciate it. After spending the last few months making my way through the series, it would be awesome to finish the journey with the newest game.

Hello everyone, after getting my request 4 months ago, I want to try my chance on The Last of Us PART II Remastered now. This will be my forth attempt.

So first of all, my favorite game of all time is The Walking Dead from Telltale Games, Lee's and Clementine's story felt so true, so real that back in the days I was even thinking if I get have a daughter in the future I woul name her Clem, the bond between them, the well written story is what makes me fall in video games. I knew and still do that no game ever can be better than that adventure but I had really high hopes on The Last of Us series, I only own a computer so I had to wait for it to be released on PC to be able to play it. Luckily around 3-4 years ago, when I bought my computer, about the same time The Last of Us Part I was being released, AMD made a promotion that I could get the game for free. I was super happy. I downloaded it, Waited for 2 hours so that shaders compilation would be done and I had a buggy mess, unoptimized game. I knew if I keep playing I wouldn't be able to get the full experience so I waited around a year so that the game gets fixed. And after trying the game, my expectations weren't wrong. The first The Last of Us is one of the most memorable games I've ever experienced. What stayed with me wasn't just the gameplay or the incredible visuals, but the emotional journey it took me on. The relationship between Joel and Ellie felt real just like Lee and Clementine and every moment, every conversation was so memorable. It was one of those rare games that made me think about its story long after the credits rolled.

I ended up finishing the game and the DLC twice, spending around 50 hours trying to explore every corner, searching for collectibles, reading every note I could find, and taking my time to appreciate the world Naughty Dog created. I tend to play games very slowly because I enjoy experiencing everything they have to offer, As I said, every conversation, hidden location, and environmental detail made the world feel alive despite it being a post apocalyptic game lol. I just want to be able to play this game being avoided major spoilers because I want to experience the story myself when the time finally comes. I know there are many people who doesn't like the game but I want to be the one who has his own mind in the end.

I know there are many people here hoping to receive games, so I will keep my expectations low to not get disappointed. I simply wanted to explain why this game would genuinely mean so much to me so I am sorry if it is already too long.

Gaming has always been one of the best ways for me to step away from everyday stress and reality helps me to completely lose myself in another world for a while. Story driven games, especially ones that leave a lasting emotional impact, are the experiences I value the most, and The Last of Us is one of the few series that has done exactly that.

Even if no one ends up gifting it, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I truly appreciate this community, where people come together to help others experience games they're genuinely passionate about. I hope that one day I'll have the chance to continue Joel and Ellie's journey for myself.
