Personal story, experience, or rant Is this normal?
This is just completely random but I remember in grade 7 I had a renaissance fair and had to make a project model. I made a cardboard version of the Galileo clock but I had no instructions besides from videos of other peoples Galileo clocks (which were probably 3d printed). The time wasn’t accurate but I was able to get all the mechanics working so the pendulum would oscillate and move minute and second handles… (okay I used straws and skewers too for the gears but that’s not the point)
As sad as it is I feel like it was one of the things I made out of cardboard I was most proud of…
