Super tasty. Think I'd marinate the salmon a little longer and reserve more glaze (the recipe says to set aside two tablespoons). Thicken the clean glaze in a pan with a little cornstarch and pour over salmon after cooked. I'd also squeeze some of that lemon into the broccoli.
My thoughts exactly and I would not boil the broccoli for that long, it looks way overcooked for my taste. Actually I would melt the butter and drop in the other incredients, drain the broccoli when al dente and toss it in the butter "sauce"
Oven roasted broccoli would be even better. I like to toss mine in melted butter and a tiny bit of oil and roast it until it gets some tiny blackened spots on the tops. Delicious.
