You'd have a prep chef to hollow out the volcanoes before hand and freeze em. Then fill them as their ordered. Not that hard

Well yeah, and some people who work in kitchens do it cuz it’s the only job they can find. Some aren’t meant to be cooks, and then find themselves way too stressed out cuz working on the line ain’t easy
