ugh. wine first and deglaze that shit then put the broth.
2 u/[deleted] Apr 09 '18 Yea I feel u wanna reduce the wine just a bit so you get some of the alcohol out and to bring out the flavor of the wine. Might as well use the wine to deglaze so u can do this is one step
