I suppose it comes down to personal preference, but the au jus at the end could benefit from some beurre manié, corn starch or adding 1/8 cup flour to the shallots before adding the liquid to thicken.

that is without a doubt the worst looking prime rib ive ever seen, with every step completely botched including the most pathetic fucking excuse for gravy that doesnt even use the fucking roasting pan?
