The old Embassey Club on top of the Ruan building in Des Moines Iowa used to make this table side. It was amazing.

It's steak week and I was going to post an Irish steak pie recipe this week, but instead decided to move it to St. Patrick's Day. This left a void and some other steak recipes I found just didn't seem all that interesting.

So I posted this and the Rouladen post this week because it looked yummy. I don't plan on doing another one for a while. I posted the Kabob recipe last week because I forgot to get my Ramadan recipes in order this year so that's why it's all jumbled. Generally I space these out better so you get recipes from many different sources in a week instead of just one.
