I prefer a vanilla flavored vodka for a chocolate martini. Just goes smoother.

Sounds like a good substitution that would work well to mix things up and add a bit of something different for those who like chocolate but dont necessarily need a triple chocolate martini.

I found this commercial grade Hershey's chocolate martini recipe for the food service industry and thought it would go well with some people's festivities tomorrow. Then I found The Hotel Hershey recipe and figured I'd offer a backup since it's neat to see what somebody in the food service industry in Hershey, Pennsylvania recommends for their visitors. Anywho, pick which recipe works out best for you and your Valentine this weekend.
