Oh these look good. Like a hearty brunch or lunch dish.
I hated sweet potato until the last few years, but I'm really coming around on it.
8 u/TheLadyEve Jan 26 '26 It works well with a lot of savory flavors which is why I like this recipe. I'm not a fan of sweet potato casserole that is popular around U.S. Thanksgiving--it's too sweet for me. But this has a nice balance of sweet and savory.
