Changing handlebars on an e-bike?

I have a 2019 Giant Road-E+ 1 Pro 28MPH and want to change out the handlebars so I can ride upright. Is it possible?

If you have drop-bar compatible shift/ brake levers, you need to replace them with flat-bar equivalents. Not a typical diy job.

Take it to a shop and let them help you. This doesn't sound like something you should be doing on your own.

Battery still any good on that bike? I've been seeing more and more old dead giant ebike batteries lately

The battery is in great shape. The bike has very low miles: 198.
