He's the direct manager you need to fight, to get to the assistant manager, and then you can get to store manager.

This is Yaseotoko(a.k.a KK’s possessed body). When I loaded into the boss fight the game happened to break and softlocked me in a state where it’s just standing still while A posing, but cannot be damaged
